I know spring is right around the corner now and not just because of the little sprouts shooting up in the soap garden. We love to get out to some of the spring markets and our kick-off run is usually with Donna here close to home. It is officially less than two weeks until Donna’s Market and that puts me into high gear. (That hysterical laughter in the background would be hubby’s opinion that I’m rarely sitting still as it is so it’s impossible for me to be in high gear- love ya honey!) This year, she has moved the event to a larger location with more parking for everyone. Mark your calendar for Saturday, March 16th, from 10-2pm and join us for a little fun! The location is in the Kroger parking lot at the corner of FM 529 and Barker Cypress Drive in Houston, TX. I’m planning to bring everything you see in the regular stock in our catalog section of the website in addition to a few new surprises. And, as usual for us at Donna’s Market, we’ll have a fun drawing going on but I will save the details of that for a blog post as we get closer to the event.
I know I have a blast chatting with the adults and being goofy with the kids while we’re out there but I’m not the only person who will be at Donna’s. Since I’m pretty big on helping out other small businesses, I wanted to take a few minutes to point out some of the awesome other people who will be out there that you might want to stop and say hi to.
