It always seems that we find fun little goodies to go with your soaps and salts. This category changes often so stop by to see what’s new!
We love to feature great goodies that work well with our products. This section features locally handmade items such as the soap dishes, soap trays, crocheted soap socks, and other fun! To be completely clear, we do not personally make all of these items in the accessories section. All of these are handmade by other artisans and crafters, some as joint projects with our family, and many are extremely limited in stock as they are one of a kind items. We are trying to include links to each of these makers also so you can contact them directly and see what else they make. Soap Socks are hand crocheted for us by Mrs. Lori in Plantersville, TX. They are a perfect way to save your soap scraps, use as a washcloth bag, and they make an adorable gift bag! They come in a variety of colors to match your décor and needs. She has made us a few soap pockets in addition to the ever popular drawstring style. They have come in seasonal designs like the Santa suits and Halloween colors in addition to fun rainbows and school colors. Want a custom color scheme? Let us know! Mrs. Lori has been more than happy to whip up so many beautiful ones, we know she’ll make yours look great.
Handmade Wooden Soap Dishes are locally made by our woodworking friends. They are currently made from poplar and available in either natural (unfinished) or stained and sealed to keep out moisture. This batch was made as a joint project between Artisan Woodworks of Magnolia and our children. Mr. Don and Justin made the dishes; then our kids stained most of the dishes to keep out moisture. We love the squirrel spinners too!
Glass soap dishes and soap trays are made for us by Angie’s Bits o’Glass in Spring, TX. We have loved carrying these gorgeous dishes! They come in a variety of colors, sizes, and designs to match your décor. They typically are either ovals or rectangles. Some favorites have included greens, blues, purples, and the black ones. Have you seen the ones that look like sea glass?! Custom color designs are usually available; please let us know what you are dreaming of and we’ll work with them to get it made for you. Their website and facebook pages are full of beautiful wind chimes, yard art, panels, crosses, and more. It’s definitely worth looking through!
Resin soap dishes as made for us by JEA Home in Coldspring, TX. They started with us in early 2022 and have made a wide variety of unique soap dishes for us. Our first ones went so fast we barely got pictures for the website before they were purchased! These custom soap dishes are handwash only, please do not put them in the dishwasher to clean them! Designs include solid colors, glittered, smoke effects, rubber ducks, and so much more. We will keep adding pictures to both here and the Facebook page for you to enjoy.
